Brief Announcement: For the crypto-acquiring processor Cryptonix, we transformed scattered merchandise ideas into a cohesive design concept and produced two batches for key industry events in Lisbon and Rome.

The result: a full cycle from idea to implementation, a unified style across 500+ items, and an 80% time saving for the client.

The Challenge: Creating a Design System

Cryptonix is a dynamic tech startup in the cryptocurrency payments space. The company is entering the global market, and its key task is to demonstrate not only technological superiority at conferences but also a style that resonates with the audience.

The problem was multifaceted
  1. Conceptual Vacuum: There were many ideas for individual items, but no single narrative or visual story to convey the main message: "Cryptocurrencies are easy and convenient."
  2. Organizational Complexity: The first major event in Lisbon (SBC Summit 2025) required the production of nine (!) different product types, each with unique application. The risk of errors in logistics and design approval was enormous.
  3. Creativity: After the success in Lisbon, it was necessary to prepare a new, fresh party for the conference in Rome (SIGMA), maintaining recognition, but offering something new.
The merch risked becoming a collection of random items that would not be memorable or contribute to building an expert image without a systematic approach, .

The Solution: From Design Concept to Flawless Logistics

Our approach was phased:

1.  Conceptualization & Design (Lisbon Stage)

Initially, we refined the key message: "Cryptocurrencies are easy." Based on this, a design system was born: a combination of clean lines, intuitive icons, and friendly typography.
Developed a unified visual language: Every item, from polo shirts to pins, became part of one story. The design transferred seamlessly from fabric to leather (cardholders) and metal (pins) without losing identity.

2.  Complex Multi-Format Production

We utilized a whole range of different application technologies in a single batch:
  • Textiles (polos, t-shirts, sweatshirts): A combination of embroidery, silk-screen printing, 3D silicone, and various types of patches (sublimation, cotton).
  • Accessories (tote bags): Silk-screen printing + sublimated patches.
  • Leather (cardholders): Laser engraving.
  • Metal (pins): Enameling.
Implemented a control system: We managed each item and application type as a separate mini-project with its own deadlines, combining everything into a single delivery schedule.

Rome Stage

This time, the guys from Cryptonix came up with their design in advance, which made the task significantly easier. We've now added application methods such as film, jacquard, and direct-to-air printing (DTF).

Proposed a trendy product – resin sticker packs, which became a low-cost but highly effective tool for virality.

Results:

  • Style Formation: Cryptonix presented itself as a stylish, thoughtful brand, not just another startup. The team at the conference looked like a unified, professional front.
  • Increased Engagement: Unique items (leather cardholders, multi-layer t-shirts) became topics of conversation and desire among guests, stimulating networking.
  • Zero Headaches: We took care of all logistics, production, and control, allowing the Cryptonix team to focus on presentations and client interaction.
