Gooseneck Kettle
- Use only filtered water.
- Drain any remaining water after each brew. Leave the lid open.
- Boil with a citric acid solution once a month.
- Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth. Do not use abrasive sponges.
Grinder (Coffee Mill)
- Washing the burrs with water is strictly prohibited (this will cause rust).
- Clean the burrs with a stiff brush after each use.
- Disassemble the grinder once a month to remove coffee residue from hard-to-reach areas.

- Rinse with warm water immediately after brewing.
