Conference and Event Merch With Your Logo
The Practical Essentials
- Lanyards and badge cords. A conference staple – they hold credentials and put your logo around every attendee's neck from check-in onward.
- Conference folders. A tidy place for notes, handouts, and a laptop; a more considered piece for speakers, sponsors, and VIPs.
- RFID cardholders. Practical and modern, with the security angle that makes them a gift people keep using after the event.
Tech That Makes Your Booth the Hero
Keepsakes People Want to Keep
- Apparel. T-shirts and caps that attendees wear well beyond the venue.
- Custom socks. A small, fun piece with room for bold, full-color design – surprisingly memorable.
- Pins, keychains, and stickers. Low-cost collectibles ideal for high-volume giveaways and booth traffic.

At this stage we receive your request via the website by email or by phone. It is important to collect as much information as possible: type of product, order volume, design, lead times, branding features and any additional requirements. After receiving the application we confirm its acceptance and record all the details for further work.
Now our specialists analyze the received data: check technical capabilities, calculate the preliminary cost of the order taking into account materials, design complexity and volume. We prepare a commercial offer with prices, terms and conditions of cooperation. Also, if necessary, we clarify details with the client to accurately understand his expectations.
After agreeing on the cost, design and conditions, we draw up all the necessary documents: contract, product specifications, technical assignments and design samples. At this point, the final layouts are agreed upon and all order details are approved. We will also inform you of the deadlines for completing the work.
After signing the documents, payment, agreed design and dimensions, we transfer the order to production. At this stage materials are prepared, equipment is launched and quality control is carried out at each stage of production. We monitor compliance with deadlines and quality standards. We inform the client about the progress of the order. The production period for the EU from the moment of payment is 5 weeks + the delivery period to the country that is required.
We can deliver cargo to any point in the world. Once the project is ready it is transferred to packaging and the logistics department. When the parcel is sent, the manager sends a tracking code to track the parcel to the client.
