Why a Branded Waistcoat Works for Your Team?
- Brand recognition. A unified look across your staff makes your company easier to recognise and signals that you take yourself seriously as a brand with a future.
- A genuine incentive. A quality waistcoat makes a good gift for proactive employees – a small, well-made reward that motivates better than most.

How Ordering Works
- Get in touch. Send your request through the website, by email, or by phone, with your product type, quantity, design, timings, and any branding details. We confirm we've received it and log everything.
- We calculate. Our specialists check the technical side and work out a preliminary cost based on materials, design complexity, and volume, then prepare an offer with prices and terms.
- We prepare the documents. Once the cost and design are agreed, we draw up the contract, specifications, and final layouts for your approval.
- We produce. After sign-off and payment, the order goes to production, where materials are prepared and quality is checked at each stage. Production time for the EU is 5 weeks from payment, plus delivery.
- We deliver. We ship worldwide. When your parcel is sent, your manager passes on a tracking code so you can follow it to your door.

At this stage we receive your request via the website by email or by phone. It is important to collect as much information as possible: type of product, order volume, design, lead times, branding features and any additional requirements. After receiving the application we confirm its acceptance and record all the details for further work.
Now our specialists analyze the received data: check technical capabilities, calculate the preliminary cost of the order taking into account materials, design complexity and volume. We prepare a commercial offer with prices, terms and conditions of cooperation. Also, if necessary, we clarify details with the client to accurately understand his expectations.
After agreeing on the cost, design and conditions, we draw up all the necessary documents: contract, product specifications, technical assignments and design samples. At this point, the final layouts are agreed upon and all order details are approved. We will also inform you of the deadlines for completing the work.
After signing the documents, payment, agreed design and dimensions, we transfer the order to production. At this stage materials are prepared, equipment is launched and quality control is carried out at each stage of production. We monitor compliance with deadlines and quality standards. We inform the client about the progress of the order. The production period for the EU from the moment of payment is 5 weeks + the delivery period to the country that is required.
We can deliver cargo to any point in the world. Once the project is ready it is transferred to packaging and the logistics department. When the parcel is sent, the manager sends a tracking code to track the parcel to the client.
