Ordering corporate merch is always exciting. Especially when it involves delivering a large batch to different cities or countries. Let us take that worry off your shoulders. Our logistics system is fine-tuned to the smallest detail. We deliver projects of any scale across Russia, CIS countries, Europe, Asia and worldwide. Your task is to approve the designs; ours is to ensure flawless delivery.

How We Organize the Delivery Process: Step-by-Step and Transparent

Step 1: Planning & Coordination (Even Before Production Starts)

We don't wait until everything is ready to start thinking about logistics. We do it in advance. 

Discussing Details: During the order approval stage, your dedicated manager will clarify all nuances:
  • Delivery Address: One location (e.g., your office) or multiple addresses for dozens or hundreds of employees? 
  • Recipients & Method: Who is the recipient at each location? Is a prior call from the courier needed?
  • Delivery Timeline: Desired delivery dates.
Providing Estimates: Based on this data, we will calculate and agree upon a preliminary logistics cost with you in advance for the final invoice.

Your Role: Provide us with a detailed spreadsheet for address-specific delivery (if required) before production begins.

Step 2: Assembly & Packaging (At Our Facility)

Finished merch isn't just thrown into a box. We prepare it for its journey.

Quality Control: Before packaging, every item undergoes a final check.

Secure Packaging: We use sturdy boxes, stretch film, and other materials to protect your order from damage in transit. Upon request, we can use individual packaging for kits or gift sets.

Marking: All boxes are clearly labeled. Packing lists (invoices) are included to simplify receiving the shipment.

Step 3: Carrier Selection & Dispatch

We work with trusted leaders in the logistics market to offer you the best option in terms of price, speed, and reliability. 

Our Partners: We cooperate with major Russian transport companies (TCs) and international operators such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, DPD, CDEK, and others, depending on the region.

Optimal Choice: Your manager will suggest the optimal carrier based on the destination, cargo weight, and your preferences.

Tracking Number = Your Control: On the day of shipment, your manager will send you a tracking number. You can see your shipment's location in real-time on the carrier's website.   

Step 4: Customs Clearance (For International Shipments)

Don't worry about customs! This is our area of responsibility. 

Full Support: Our logistics department independently prepares all documentation required for customs clearance (invoices, specifications, certificates of conformity).

Minimizing Your Involvement: We handle all communication with customs brokers. You don't need to delve into these complexities. 

Predictability: We inform you in advance about the timing and possible nuances of customs clearance to avoid surprises. 

Step 5: Receiving & Acceptance

Notification: Once the shipment arrives at the destination city, the transport company will contact the recipients listed in your spreadsheet to arrange a delivery time. 

Inspection: Upon receipt, we recommend checking the integrity of the packaging and the number of parcels (boxes). In case of any external damage to the packaging, be sure to file a report in the courier's presence.

Answers to Key Delivery Questions (FAQ)

Q: When do I pay for delivery?
A: Logistics is paid for separately, in the final week of the project, just before dispatch. This is because the final cost depends on the exact total weight of the shipment, which is only known after complete production and packaging. The prepayment covers only the production of the merch.

Q: What if I need delivery to hundreds of employee addresses? 
A: This is a standard task for us. We will provide you with an Excel template to fill in each recipient's details (Full Name, phone number, full address). We will transfer this data to the transport company and monitor the distribution process.

Q: What if my city is not covered by your partner carriers?
A: We deliver even to the most remote areas. Major carriers hand over parcels to local operators in hard-to-reach regions. Delivery will be made to the pickup point nearest to the recipient.

Q: Can you send the order in parts?
A: Yes, absolutely. If part of the order is ready earlier, we can organize shipment in several batches. This is discussed with your manager.

Q: Who is liable for the cargo during transit?
A: Liability rests with us until the moment the shipment is transferred to the carrier. After transfer, liability lies with the carrier. All orders are insured by us. In case of force majeure (damage, loss), we handle all communications with the carrier to settle the insurance claim.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: The timeline consists of: 
  1. Production (4-5 weeks).
  2. Delivery to your city:
  • Within Russia: from 2 to 14 days (depending on remoteness) Moscow and Saint Petersburg: 1 day.
  • To CIS countries/Europe: from 5 to 20 days (including customs clearance).
  • To other regions worldwide: individually, discussed in advance.
