The Noize MC team combines high quality standards with complex logistics. Following their business relocation, the client needed a manufacturer capable of replacing previous suppliers while maintaining a premium product level.
The Problem: 3 Months of Searching and Failed Samples
After moving operations abroad, the artist's team struggled with local production quality. Prints faded after washing, fabrics didn't meet expectations, and deadlines were constantly pushed.
The team spent three months testing various companies. Eventually, a contact who was already using our souvenir products recommended Nikofirm. This partnership began in 2023 and continues to thrive.
The Task: Turnkey Premium Merchandising
The client’s main pain point was "print anxiety"—the discrepancy between digital mockups and final physical goods. We had to prove that Nikofirm could produce world-class apparel and deliver it promptly to the client.
How We Work: The Nikofirm Quality Standard
We base our work on an expert-led approach. To ensure the client is confident in the result, every new design goes through mandatory stages:
- Color Proofing and Test Prints: We check how the ink sits on the fabric and how the print behaves after washing.
- Master Samples: The client approves a final physical garment before the bulk run begins.
- Custom Engineering: For Noize MC sweatshirts, we developed unique patterns (cuts) from scratch. These are not generic "promo-blanks," but high-quality designer pieces.
Throughout our collaboration, we have produced:
- T-shirts: 11 unique designs. Total volume: 5,200+ units (4,270 delivered, 1,000 currently in production). For example, check it out these ones: White T-shirt, Black T-shirt with DTF printing, Black T-shirt with silkscreen.
- Sweatshirts: 3 designs. Total volume: 450 units.
While we typically ship ready-made products to Vilnius, we developed a more flexible scheme for large-scale tours:
- Bulk Production: We manufacture the entire tour stock at once.
- Storage: We keep the merch in our warehouse.
Our most recent campaign covered 14 cities. The artist's team no longer needs to transport bulk inventory themselves—we handle the logistics.
